Experience managing remote teams as well as local personal. Specialty in system installation and re-architecting undocumented systems for additional functions long after the original architects have left. Has experience leading large, cross-functional projects such as Y2K or other time sensitive functions. Works on policies and procedures, including documentation for such. Has experience in integration of systems during and through acquisitions. Can successfully communicate technical issues to non technical people outside the IT field. |
